The San Fernando Valley Chapter of the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence presents a powerful exhibition entitled “Wounded in America” which engages the public through the art of photography and the art of the word. VIVA Gallery is pleased to announce “My Way,” an All Member Exhibition to be held July 30 – August 23, 2008. The Juror of Selection and Awards will be Charles Borman, artist, teacher, and former gallery owner. Cash awards of $1000. SCORE VII (Southern California Open Regional Exhibition) is open to all artists in Southern California. Hundreds of entries competed for $1000 in cash awards plus merchandise awards. VIVA Gallery Art Rummage Sale
Saturday/Sunday, August 16–17, 10am–4pm both days. We need all kinds of art materials, such as: easels, paints, brushes, pastels, colored pencils, inks, picture frames, art books, etc. So clear out your studio and bring items to VIVA Gallery during normal gallery hours from August 6 through the 15.
